We thought we would update you on the latest happenings in our household. The biggest news is that Emmie is crawling! She doesn't go very far and you can tell it doesn't come natural yet but at least she is mobile. We have also found out that Emmie doesn't like any of her toys. She prefers to play with ordinary objects. We have found her chewing on the following: paper, cardboard, gloves, shoes, electrical cords (not plugged in), backpacks, pens, socks. . . you get the idea. Here is an example.
This one is for Grandma Jody. We have an organ bench for some reason and it is the perfect height for Emmie to reach the keys. We're going to start her out early. Doesn't she look like a natural?
Emmie apparently is really good at yoga. Check out her form on the downward-facing dog.

I belive Emmie learned her yoga skills from Lola. She is still the best "object to mouth" artist I have ever seen. Emmie is getting so big and cute, and we can't wait to see her (and you guys) again. Don't worry, we're in the process of researching web-cams.
