Hair

I was spacing out watching pictures pop up on our screen saver tonight... I know, it had been a long day.  A picture of me came up when I was two.  I looked like this. Notice the amount of hair I had.  It even looks like I had had a hair cut!

Now notice Brenden when he was two.  He had a full head of hair as well! 

Take a look at our darling Emmie.  Yes, she is cute but seriously lacking in the hair department.

  I thought for sure that one of us was passing on the toddler-pattern baldness but I was mistaken.  Just this Saturday she was complemented on being such a cute red-headed boy.  FYI-she was wearing a pink sweater and pink shoes.   I guess I need to make it more obvious.

I was looking at some current pictures of us and friends lately and wanted to see how much we have aged (I mean matured) in the last 6 or so years we have lived here in NE.  It was really fun to go back through our pictures.  These are from 2004 to current.   And yes Brad and Brenden, I am wearing overalls in this first picture.

The Third Annual BarHulSink Labor Day Weekend

For the last two years we have gotten together with our adopted family here in Nebraska for Labor Day.  We have gone to Table Rock Lake in Missouri but the condo we have stayed in (for free) had been rented out.  So we had to come up with a new plan.  That new plan was Coco Keys, an indoor water park in Omaha, NE.  Although it was no Table Rock, we had a blast.

I hate it when other people ruin a good picture.  Who is this lady in the black swimsuit? And what about the couple in the back...bet they didn't know their picture would be posted on the internet.

The first year we went on vacation Emily was super pregnant with Mya.  Year two it was Jamie with Tyce.  This year it was my turn to be ultra-pregnant.  What do you think Emily?  Next year your turn again?

Of course the boys had to prove their manhood.
